Promoted within 30 days of graduating from the ElevateEA Master Strategy Class.
EA-Pros develops senior executive assistants into Strategic Assistants, equipped to rise into the executive role they choose, or to lead from the seat they hold now at a level of value their organization can see.
Three senior EAs. Three different goals. Each one came to EA-Pros already strong and left operating at a level their organization could not overlook.
Promoted within 30 days of graduating from the ElevateEA Master Strategy Class.
Senior EA to the Chair of a major university in North Carolina. Secured an approved increase using the Career-Critical Conversations framework.
Promoted to Director four months after the Master Strategy Class, then promoted again. She attributes the increase to working with EA-Pros.

Budget exceptions. Vendor concessions. A reversal on a decision already made. You are one of the most effective askers in the building. Just rarely on your own behalf.
Most requests sound like a benefit: "This would help my career. Is there budget?" That files it next to extra PTO.
Frame it as what it is: an investment in your executive's capacity, their execution on the highest priorities, and the organization's success. The development happens inside the work already on your desk.
They are the primary beneficiary. Say so.
Each program has an executive brief written for your executive, not for you. It opens with their question: are you utilizing your EA to full capacity?
"I'd like to talk about something that would give you more capacity. Can you take five minutes with this before we do?"
I started EA-Pros after a dinner with senior assistants, when I realized the challenges they were facing were the same ones I was helping their executives solve. The gap between what senior assistants contribute and how they are recognized is the most significant untapped opportunity in executive productivity.
No. Not every senior EA is meant to be a Chief of Staff, and that is by design. We develop Strategic Assistants, equipped to rise into the role they choose, whether that is Chief Executive Assistant, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief of Staff, Director, or another executive leadership role, or to stay in their current seat and lead at a greater level of value. Your goal sets the direction.
Both programs are built around executive schedules. Short on-demand lessons, applied to the work already on your desk that week, then brought into live coaching. ElevateEA meets live twice a week for one hour each. The Micro-Intensive meets live once a week. Every session is recorded, so a board week or a travel week never costs you the material.
No stack of bookwork and no big test. Every framework and strategy is put to work on what you are already doing, the same week you learn it. That is why results show up quickly, for you and for your executive.
Very little. One assessment across the three-week Micro-Intensive, or two across the nine-week ElevateEA Master Strategy Class. The executive brief explains exactly what changes on their side of the partnership.
Start with the Micro-Intensive if you want to begin the identity shift now and show your organization the return. Choose ElevateEA if you are ready for your next title or compensation conversation and want the Certified Strategic Partner credential. The Micro-Intensive is the foundation. ElevateEA is the mastery, and one ladders into the other.
Both programs offer payment plans, and pairing an individual investment with employer tuition reimbursement is a common approach. A no is still useful. It tells you what your organization is willing to invest in you, which is information worth having as you plan what comes next.
The cohort is capped at 75 senior executive assistants so the coaching stays real and the peer group stays at your level. Participants typically have five to fifteen or more years of experience supporting senior leadership. The application confirms fit before a seat is held.
Review timeline for every application is reviewed within one business day, with next steps provided upon approval.
Both programs fall under the $5,250 annual IRS threshold for tax-free employer-provided educational assistance. Your HR or finance team can confirm how it applies to your organization.
That's exactly why waiting is expensive.
